NorthWest Adventure - Denver Bound

We made it to our Balitmore Sleep and fly around 7 pm Friday evening. We checked into our room and grabbed dinner at a local restaurant attached to the hotel. We repacked out bags for the flight and made sure our Lego Minifigs were accessible for the flight.

Our 3am wake-up call came early - but we were ready to go! we caught the shuttle bus to the airport and checked into our Southwest Flight.

Our flight was rather uneventful. Cameron slept most of the time. After making friends with the attendants they made him a crown and gave him wings. He even got to sit in the cockpit again with the pilot, Mr. Mike.

We grabbed our luggage and caught a ride to Cruise America. We were super early but the team was able to get us into our camper earlier than expected. We had a quick lunch (and coffee!) and headed out to grab food and supplies for the week. There was a passing storm that we watched form over the mountains and then come into the valley. We stopped once to snap some photos of beautiful stained-glass dinosaurs along the way before finally We ending up at Dakota Ridge RV Resort around 3pm and settled in for the evening. We are nestled at the base of a span of mountains. We organized the RV, played boars games, made dinner, did some learning, showered in the facilities building and then passed out!
