Today was Ugly Sweater Day at School! Cameron was super excited!

This weekend was the last of Cameron’s birthday experiences with me. We spent the weekend at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and attended their Winter Program “ICE! The Polar Express”. We had a great balcony room that overlooked the atrium and stage (where we watched a Christmas Cirque show). We went tubing, made snowballs, did story time with Mrs Claus, saw The Polar Express in ice (in a 10-degree building), went down an ice luge, and saw the big guy himself

Part two of Cameron’s birthday gift from me was today. We headed across the bay to Medieval Times where he was knighted by the king, given a flower favor from our knight and apart of the queen’s court. We were lucky enough to have our knight win!

Rich because I get to live this life with you! Ever since Cameron’s open-heart surgery, I decided to do things a little differently. He doesn’t get gifts from me. That's reserved for everyone else in his life to give him; from me, he gets experiences that will hopefully be core memories. For his birthday, one of his gifts this year was tickets to Philadelphia to watch the Eagles play the Giants. We headed to our usual tailgate in lot N8 with the Hungry Dawgs, where Sean Holde

Cameron competed today at the Ocean City Classics Karate & Jiu Jitsu Championship and came in second place in both divisions! We are so proud of him! Big shout-out to the guys at 410 Academy of Martial Arts (Bryan, Sean, Jack, and Brittany). Thank you to those who showed up to spectate and cheer him on (Bonnie and Betsy), and thank you to Mr Ryan for keeping the kids safe while refereeing! He can’t wait to compete again!
